Products will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and Royal Mail Large Letter, time frame can very depending on Royal Mail, holidays and weather.

Tracked 48 (Free shipping) – 2-5 days
Large Letter – 2-5 days
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us. We will look into this with Royal mail.

If a parcel is returned to us, additional postage will be required for redelivery. If you prefer a refund instead, the original postage cost will not be refunded. Please note that while we offer free shipping to our customers, it is a cost we cover, not a free service for us.
